The San Diego Superior Court will be closed on Thursday, February 12 and Monday, February 16, 2026, in observance of the statewide holidays commemorating Lincoln’s Birthday and Presidents’ Day.

Please note that the San Diego Superior Court's case management system is planned to be upgraded during the Presidents’ Day holiday weekend. Criminal case files will move to the same system that currently holds most other San Diego Superior Court cases. Accordingly, online systems for nearly all case types will be unavailable beginning after the close of business on Wednesday, February 11, through Monday, February 16, 2026, to allow for Criminal cases to be established on the Odyssey case management system; and in-person services on Friday, February 13, will also be limited. The public is urged to visit the Court’s website at sdcourt.ca.gov to handle traffic tickets or obtain court information.
