Civil Case Management System Upgrade Largely Complete
The Civil case type may still experience some issues and delays as the system changeover is completed.
The San Diego Superior Court’s case management system upgrade that took place throughout the Independence Day holiday weekend is largely complete.
All impacts to Family, Juvenile Traffic, Probate, and Small Claims systems have been resolved and court business is being processed as normal for those case types.
The Civil case type may still experience some issues and delays as the system changeover is completed. Implementation of the Motion and Reservation System (MARS) will take place later this month. Additionally, the online court calendar should not be relied upon for Civil case dates and times; please refer to the Register of Actions or court reminder notices for appearance information. The court calendar is unaffected for the other case types shown (Small Claims, Domestic, Criminal, and Probate cases) and reflects accurate data.
