The San Diego Superior Court will be closed on Thursday, July 4, 2024, in observance of the courtwide holiday commemorating Independence Day.

The public is urged to visit the Court’s website at sdcourt.ca.gov to handle traffic tickets or obtain court information. 

The Civil Division of the San Diego Superior Court will transition from CCMS V-3 to the Odyssey case management system over the Independence Day holiday weekend. This will impact multiple case types, including Civil, Family, Juvenile Adoptions, Probate, Small Claims, and Traffic, and will require certain online systems to be unavailable after the close of business on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, until Monday, July 8, 2024.  

The San Diego Superior Court will be closed on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, in observance of the courtwide holiday commemorating Juneteenth.
