Permissive e-Filing:
Effective July 1, 2023, pursuant to the Family Code section 6307, Requests for Domestic Violence Restraining Orders (JC Form #DV-100) (DVTRO) may be submitted electronically through one of the court’s approved e-Filing Service Providers (“EFSPs”), with exceptions for specific documents. E-Filers are required to comply with the requirements listed in the Electronic Filing Requirements (Family) (SDSC Form #D-305), which also contains the list of documents that are ineligible for e-Filing.
