The San Diego Superior Court's web-based applications will not be available due to maintenance on Saturday, September 28 from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. The Court's website will remain active, however, all applications (Registers of Actions, Exhibit Upload Applications, Scheduling Applications, Payment Portals, etc.) will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance period.

San Diego Superior Court Warns of Jury Duty Scams

The San Diego Superior Court is issuing a renewed warning about convincing scams trying to take advantage of members of the public.

In the most recent example, scammers call individuals stating that they failed to appear for jury duty and that they would be arrested. The individuals are instructed to report to official locations including courthouses or an address that was previously but is not currently a Superior Court location.

In observance of the California Native American Day statewide holiday, the San Diego Superior Court will close all courtrooms and business offices on Friday, September 27, 2024.

The public is urged to visit the Court’s website at sdcourt.ca.gov to handle traffic tickets or obtain court information.

San Diego Superior Court Addressing $9.6 Million Budget Deficit for Current Fiscal Year

In response to the cuts required by the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 state budget, the San Diego Superior Court has identified several necessary measures to close the budget deficit of approximately $9.6 million for the local court system.
