The Temporary Assigned Judges Civil Mediation Program offers free mediation services to help parties settle disputes without court adjudication. Retired judges, trained as mediators, facilitate these sessions. Ultimately, this will allow parties to resolve their civil disputes in a timely manner without further court proceedings.
NOTE: Please be advised that you may not use the link below until the date and time of your scheduled pre-mediation conference.
At least one attorney for each party must attend the pre-mediation conference. These conferences will be held virtually, using the free Microsoft Teams Application.
